An all volunteer board of directors, elected from among the network membership, is responsible for planning the annual Fire Museum Seminar, updating the website and administering to the affairs of the organization.

Due to being unable to host our annual Members' Meeting in 2020 and 2021 because of the coronavirus pandemic, the FMN Board has elected to EXTEND the terms of Directors elected in 2018 and 2019 by two years, as demonstrated below
