The Host Hotel is the Home2 Suites by Hilton, with overflow hosted by the Holiday Inn Express and Suites (right next door) This pdf document (guide) contains the booking links to both hotels.
NOTE! The Holiday Inn Express is now the Host Hotel
The Monday evening Mixer will be at the Holiday Inn Express
CAREFUL! If booking at the Holiday Inn, the number of rooms you are booking AUTOMATICALLY defaults to 20 ! Change that number to however many you need!
Except as noted. all meetings will take place at the Hall of Flame.

Please note: Phoenix Fire Department will be providing the shuttle vans for transportation during the Seminar; the vans are not ADA compliant.
(Many attendees will be arriving in Phoenix in their own vehicles; if you have special transportation needs, they may be able to assist you)
All riders will be required to sign a waiver
as per policy of the PFD.

Grants are available for current Fire Museum Network (FMN) members to attend the Educational Seminar and Annual Meeting. The number of Grants to be awarded is dependent upon the previous year's FMN membership income.

17:00 – 19:00 – We invite you to reconnect with your fellow members at the mixer held at the host hotel. Mixer will include a presentation.
Presentation topic: History of the Arizona Fire Service with Mark Moorhead Hall of Flame Curator of Education. Beverages are on your own. Cash Bar.
Tuesday 11/11/2025
Veteran’s Day Parade Ride along for Veterans/First Responders
06:00 – 8:15 – Free breakfast at your hotel
07:00-08:30 – Registration at host hotel
08:30 – Shuttle vans from Phoenix Fire will pick up riders from the hotel
09:30 – Report time at parade staging area
11:00 – Start of Parade
13:00 – Lunch at Taco Guild 546 E Osborn Rd Phoenix, AZ 85012. Cash bar available for drinks.
15:00 – Tour of Fire Department Facility TBD
17:00 – Shuttle van returns guests to museum or hotel
Dinner on your own
For those who do not want to ride on a firetruck in the parade:
*You may opt to sit along parade route (map included)
*You will have museum access from 10:00 until 18:00
*Explore Phoenix attractions until 13:00 then meet at Taco Guild 546 E Osborn Rd Phoenix, AZ 85012
